Supporting Our Staff

At Thorpe Enterprises, we believe that our staff achieves their individual goals, both personally and professionally, when they feel that they are part of a team.  We guarantee our staff that the commitment and support is there to assist them in every way to meet our shared commitments and goals.

Should one of our staff have any employment questions, they should always have direct access to their immediate supervisor.  If additional resources are needed, our staff has a dedicated Human Resources Department to support them.
